Once we decide to work together, we’ll guide you through a simple onboarding process. This involves a set of questions to learn more about your company, project goals, brand voice, and any likes or dislikes you have. This step ensures we fully understand your vision.
Before we dive into creating content, we’ll have a 15-30 minute strategy session. During this call, we discuss the content calendar, share mood boards for visual direction, and outline the initial shot list. This meeting ensures we’re aligned on the creative approach and content goals.
Based on your needs, we create a comprehensive monthly content plan. This could include a mix of photos, videos, and custom graphics. If you’ve opted for content-only services, we’ll present you with a selection of images and videos to choose from, or we can select and finalize the content ourselves if preferred. For social media management clients, we’ll ask for feedback and approval before publishing the content.
For ongoing management clients, we provide regular check-ins every 15 days to review performance and discuss any adjustments. At the end of each month, we schedule a more in-depth meeting to present a detailed analytics report, covering engagement rates, follower growth, and post reach. This is also a chance to brainstorm new ideas and incorporate your feedback for the upcoming month.
